Traditional Funeral Services
Traditional Funeral A traditional funeral provides an opportunity for a family to experience the support
of their community of friends, relatives and co-workers. Typically one or more days of visitation time at the funeral home
in the presence of the casket (usually anytime between and 3-8 p.m.). Our interconnecting rooms can accommodate gatherings of all sizes. A private time is scheduled
for the family prior to receiving members of their community. A funeral service in a church or funeral home chapel is usually
followed by a cortege to the local cemetery where a brief service of committal is held.
The components of a traditional
funeral include: ~Professional and support staff services for the coordination of arrangements; all required documentation;
registration and permits are coordinated as well as the transfer of remains from place of death; ~Assistance with composition
of death notices and coordination of publication in local and/or out of town newspaper(s); ~Preparation and/or embalming
of the remains in our modern preparation facility; ~Provision of the funeral home, family visiting rooms, complimentary lounges
and chapel; ~Family assistance and attendants through the visitation periods; ~Memorial stationery, visitors register,
cards to acknowledge acts of kindness and remembrance, after care advisory material and funeral director's proof of death
certificates; ~Our fleet of professional cars includes a Cadillac funeral coach, pallbearer vans and lead vehicle,
