Bruce "Butch" Roy Kurzhals

Bruce “Butch” Kurzhals, age 70, died Wednesday, June 3rd at his home in Beroun. Butch is survived by his loving wife Dot; daughters: Lori Ann Phillips and husband Lonnie of Leavenworth, Kansas, Nancy Englund and husband Bob of Hinckley, and Susie Rothbauer and husband Brian of Pine City; 8 grandchildren & 2 great grandchildren; sisters Bobbie Besser and husband Mel of Brook Park, and Bonnie Mohr of Rock Creek. A memorial service will be held Monday, June 8th, at 11:00 a.m. at the First Lutheran Church of Rush City with Reverend Laurie O’Shea officiating. Inurnment will follow at Hustletown Union Cemetery in rural Pine City. Viewing and visitation will be from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m., Sunday, June 7th at the Swanson Funeral Chapel in Pine City. Friends may gather 1 hour prior to the memorial service at the Church on Monday. Arrangements are with the Swanson Funeral Chapel of Pine City.
