Elaine Kathryn Krueger

Elaine Krueger, age 76, of Pine City, passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2023.

Elaine Katherine Konsti was born on July 18, 1947, to Ralph and Elaine Konsti in Duluth, Minnesota.

Elaine was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She cherished her family and adored spending quality time with them. She was known for her loving and caring nature, always putting others before herself. She found joy in her flower gardens, spending time on the lake, and engaging in sewing and crafting activities. Elaine and her husband, Dale, shared a beautiful life together traveling and spending time at their home on Pokegama Lake in Pine City.

Her professional journey was marked by her successful career as an Avon district manager, where she dedicated 20 years of her life. In 2006, she retired from her role, leaving behind a legacy of hard work and dedication.

Elaine is survived by her husband Dale Krueger; children Scott (Brenda) Griffin of Hudson, Shawn Griffin of Cambridge, Shannon (Neil) Hogie of Tomah. She was a proud grandmother to Chase Griffin, Tess Griffin, Calli Griffin, Carter Griffin and Clay Griffin. Elaine also leaves behind her brother James (Patricia) Konsti of Oakdale; sister Janice (Jon) Edwards of Willow River. She will be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews and their families, including Jonathan Edwards, Jenny (Tony) Edwards-Borgman, Daniel (Lisa) Konsti, Melissa (Rob) Wagner, and their loved ones. Extended family Sharon Moen (Mike), Savanna Moen and Sierra Moen.

She was preceded in death by her parents Ralph and Elaine Konsti.

A celebration of Elaine's life will be held sometime in the summer. Her family and friends will gather to honor her memory and share their cherished moments with her.
