Janet Lillian Fennern

January 12, 1940 — March 26, 2020

Janet Fennern of Hinckley and formerly of Pine City passed away Thursday, March 26, 2020 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul at the age of 80.

Janet Lillian (Manke) Fennern was born January 12, 1940 to John and Edna (Scheunemann) Manke at Bethesda Hospital in St. Paul.

Janet married Richard Fennern and together they had 3 children; Joan, Baby Boy and Richard Fennern.  Richard sadly passed away at the young age of 30.   Janet later married Dale Perron and after Dale passed she married Emil Rishavy, Jr.

Janet is survived by her partner and best friend Ken Bond of Hinckley; son Richard Fennern of Hinckley; sister Bonnie (Ernie) Youngbauer of Pine City, sisters-in-law Patricia Tschida, Janice Holbrook; niece Terri-Lynn (Frank) Soukup of Cambridge; nephew Jim (Debbie) Norring of St. Paul, John (Chris) Norring of Pine City, Rick (Debbie) Norring of Lake Elmo; 9 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; daughter Joan (David) Seidel of Stacy; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.  She was loved and will be dearly missed.

She is preceded in death by her parents John and Edna Manke; husbands Richard Fennern, Dale Perron, Emil Rishavy, Jr.; Fennern infant son; uncle Al “Doc” (Helen) Scheunemann; brothers-in-law Jim Norring, Jackie Perron, Bubby Perron, Bob Rishavy, Tom Rishavy and sister-in-law Margaret Rishavy.

Private graveside service and interment will take place at Johnson Memorial Cemetery in West Rock Creek at a later date.
