Jennifer Kathleen Karas

Jennifer "Jenny" Kathleen Karas went home to Jesus on October 29, 2021 at the young age of 67.

She was born in St. Paul, Minnesota on May 23, 1954 to Junior and Theresa Rehbine.  Jenny is preceded in death by her father Junior Rehbine and grandson Mackenzie Simmons.

She is survived by her loving husband Steve Karas; her mother Theresa Rehbine; brothers: Daryl (Marcia) Rehbine and Tim Rehbine; daughters Angelica Kunkel and Joy (Nickolas) McCauley; 5 grandchildren: Brant Wilson, Christian Simmons (Hailey Kirkland), Cecelia Simmons, Morgan McCauley, and Mannix McCauley; 4 great granchildren: Abel Kirkland, Hayden Kirkland, Scarlett Ekvall, and Violett Ekvall; sisters-in-law: Lorraine Wurzl, Nancy Gottschalk, and Julie Dupont; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Matthew 5:4 "Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted."

Pastor Gene Sherrod will officiate the Celebration of Life for Jenny at 12:00 PM Thursday, November 11, 2021 at Open Arms Church in Grasston.  There will be a time of visitation one hour prior to the service at the church.
