Judy Neubauer

Judy (Carlson) Neubauer age 84, of Inver Grove Heights, passed away peacefully June 20, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. She is preceded in death by her husband Neil; parents Dorothy & Donald Carlson; brothers Donnie & Dick Carlson. 

She is survived by son Scott (Mary) Neubauer, daughters Shelley (Doug) Abrahamson, Stacy (Paul) Marion; 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, her sisters-in-law, Sis Carlson & Marilyn Carlson. 

Judy grew up in Mendota Heights, MN. She graduated in 1958 from Sibley High School. After high school she was crowned Miss West St Paul. She will forever be remembered for her beautiful smile and contagious laugh.

She enjoyed singing, laughing, friendships with the neighbor ladies, being in the sun, spending time at Rush Lake & traveling. She had a creative spirit and loved sewing, crafts, ceramics, crocheting. Shopping & working in the yard were enjoyable past times. In later years, she & Neil spent winters in Clearwater Beach. They loved their time spent with all their Coral Resort friends.

Celebration of life will be held at 11:00 am Monday, July 28th at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 7600 Cahill Ave E., Inver Grove Heights, MN Visitation one hour prior to service. A private interment will take place at a later date.
