Leona Mathilda England

Leona England of Rush City passed away Monday, October 28, 2019 at the University of Minnesota Medical Center in Minneapolis at the age of 88.

Leona Mathilda Arndt was born June 1, 1931 to Herman and Margaret (Walters) Arndt in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

Leona is survived by her husband Vaun “Bob” England of Rush City; children Sandra Cahanes of Scottsdale, AZ, Kay Arver of St. Paul, JoVanna (Greg) Stromath of Lake Elmo, Dawn (Robert) Geisler of Morristown, Susan (Richard) Sheldahl of St. Paul Park, Pamela Macdonald of North St. Paul; 15 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents Herman and Margaret Arndt; twin great-grandsons Zachery and Ryan Pearson; brother LeRoyal (Virginia) Arndt.

A Celebration of Life for Leona is planned: Saturday (11/9/19) from 2-5 PM at American Legion Post #98; 328 Broadway; St. Paul Park, MN.
