Mark Shankey passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at St. John’s Hospital in Maplewood at the age of 56.
Mark Warren Shankey was born April 10, 1963 to Warren and Doris (Lundblad) Shankey in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Mark is survived by his siblings Suzette (Richard) Lang of St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin, Timothy Shankey of Minneapolis, Anna “Annie” Shankey of Pine City; nieces Bridgit and Nicole; other relatives and friends.
Mark was preceded in death by his parents Warren and Doris Shankey.
Pastor Joel Preston will officiate at funeral services for Mark: 10 AM; Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at the Pine City Evangelical Free Church - Lighthouse. A time of visitation is planned from 5-8 PM Monday (12/9) at the Swanson Funeral Chapel in Pine City and also one hour prior to the service at the church. The interment will take place at Union Cemetery in Maplewood.
