Nancy Carol Wheelock

Memorial Service for Nancy Carol Wheelock, 81, of Pine City, will be 2pm Saturday, July 25, 2026 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses (6755 570th St, Pine City). Friends may gather one hour prior to the service. A luncheon will immediately follow the service at the Rock Creek Town Hall (7000 MN 70, Pine City).

Nancy died Saturday, July 11, 2026 at her home surrounded by her husband and children.

She was born September 6, 1944 to Jim and Lydia Hegge. Nancy married Sam Wheelock on June 17, 1972. Nancy had a passion for cleaning and was an optimist who always believed the glass was half full. She had a kind and loving heart and was loved by many.

Survivors include her husband, Sam Wheelock; children: Scott (Sharon) Wheelock, Kim (Paul) Niessen and Dean Wheelock; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Lydia Hegge and her daughter, Lisa Heath.
