Paige Chalupsky passed away Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at her home in Brooklyn Park at the age of 58.

Paige Marie Chalupsky was born August 30, 1961 to Lawrence and Laura (Grover) Chalupsky in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Paige is survived by her parents Lawrence and Laura Chalupsky of Beroun; sister Nicole (Mike) Herzog of Auburn, Washington; nephew Dylan Herzog; aunts and uncles Butch (Karen) Chalupsky of Las Vegas, Nevada, Lorraine Kozisek of Pine City, Denny Grover of Finlayson, Patty Grover of Minneapolis; many cousins, other relatives and friends.
