Rita Mae Catherine Breckon was born August 30, 1937 to Ralph and Delores (Seiberlich) Breckon in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Rita is survived by her niece Darlene (Roy) Stromath of St. Paul; nephews Bill (Linnette) Breckon of St. Paul and Dick (Norma) Breckon of North Carolina.

She was preceded in death by her parents Ralph and Delores Breckon; brothers Harold (Eleanor) Breckon and William (Ida) Breckon; sister Darlene (Ray) Pedro; nephew Robert Breckon.
